Authenticity: We guarantee that all products are 100% authentic, original brands. We do not sell "fakes" or third-party replicas.

Warranty Disclaimer: While our products are brand new, Canada Wholesale is a liquidator and not an "Authorized Dealer" for certain brands. Many manufacturers honour their warranties based on the serial number, but any warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer. Canada Wholesale provides no additional express warranties beyond our 48-hour functionality guarantee.

Inventory Accuracy: Due to the nature of wholesale liquidation, quantities are limited. In the rare event of an inventory discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be fulfilled.
