At Canada Wholesale, we specialize in acquiring premium overstock and liquidation inventory at massive discounts. To maintain these wholesale prices for our customers, we operate under a strict return protocol:

Factory-Sealed Items: All sales are Final Sale once the manufacturer’s seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

48-Hour Functionality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our "Brand New" promise. If an item is found to be defective or non-functional out of the box, you must notify us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Inspection Period: For local pickups, we provide an inspection station. We highly encourage all customers to verify the condition of their items before leaving our Mississauga warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items: Any items showing signs of use, installation, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
